I was recommended to Bob Jordon by Superior Home Mortgage due to his outstanding track record with first time home buyers.

Being a first time home buyer, I needed a realtor who was willing to explain the whole process step by step. Bob took the time to sit down with me up front and discuss exactly what it was I wanted out of the house. I was looking for a starter home with the possibility to hold onto it and rent it out in the future. He went over what areas were already over-valued and what areas still had room to appreciate, while also being a place where renters would be interested in.

I was looking to get the best value for my money and Bob used his expertise to start to narrow down certain areas that not only fulfilled my current goals but satisfied my future plans as well. My situation was unique in that I had a house that was in the process of renovations when I made an offer. Once my offer was made, many of the promises the seller had made in terms of what was to be done were broken. I still wanted the house and Bob went above and beyond to make sure that I was protected in this case.

The house fulfilled all of my expectations but Bob made sure I wasn't taken advantage of by the seller. It ended up being a happy ending but without Bob's knowledge & experience I would have been taken advantage of and been on the hook for repairs that were promised.

It takes a special realtor to work with a first time home buyer, I can tell that Bob not only cared about finding the right place for me from a business standpoint, but he also cared about what was best for me in my personal life.
